MULTI BID was formed driven by well-experienced, competitive, creative and proactive individuals. Our specialization takes pride in carrying out responsibilities for liquidating assets and asset managements. The methods applied such as open & close tender, public & private auctions and direct negotiable sales.
We conduct auction sales for judicial or court orders, land offices, financial institution, insurance company, liquidator, individual property & immovable properties.

SCOPE OF SERVICE
MULTIBID main focusing through online auction bidding system which will enhance the current technology and trends in the real estate industry. MULTIBID will ensure that our online bidding system will cater the needs of the new market trends, but not to forget the traditional way of conducting auction.
Our services will range from liaising with our clients in the preparation of the required legal and other documentation to undertaking the marketing and promotional campaign. This is to ensure that we reach out to as many potential online bidders, recording details of all enquiries through different channel and subsequently to arrange for the auction fair. MULTIBID will be carrying out the auction, finalizing and completing all the necessary procedures such as key in data of the potential customers, property details in the website, consulting the potential bidders, signing and stamping of sale contracts, accounting for and remitting all deposits collected to the Banks / Financial Institutions, preparing reports, etc.,
As your appointed auctioneer, MULTIBID will be assisting you in all operational aspects of the disposal / auction exercise, thus allowing you to focus on more important aspects of your business like business development and so on.
MULTIBID will provide a comprehensive range of services to ensure that the auction fair is carried out smoothly and successfully once we are appointed as the panel auctioneer to carry out the auction fair. Our scope of services will cover the following
MULTIBID will plan, organize & coordinate all property auctions and auction fairs including identifying suitable locations for the auction venue (for on-site auctions), organising the online bidding system (online auction) to make sure the process run smoothly before and during the auction date and time and arranging for all required equipment for the auction.
For the online bidding, MULTIBID will be responsible for all “Post-Auction Activities” including bankdraft/deposit submissions before the auction and stamping of sale contracts and following up on the payment of the balance deposits.
We will prepare the required Proclamation of Sales (POS) & Conditions of Sale (COS), Memorandum of Contract (MOC), Information Memorandum and related documentation for the auction sales.
MULTIBID will liaise with the Banks / Financial Institutions and the respective solicitor on the finalization of the reserve prices, POS and COS.
Preparation and arrangement for the publicity programme for the auction sales including press advertisements (notice via newspaper advertisement), social media, signboards, banners, leaflets to be carry out as a posting exercise for all properties to be auctioned. In addition, MULTIBID will carry out the approved promotions campaigns to attract interest from potential bidders, including arranging for leaflet drop exercises, road shows and participating in property exhibitions and also any enquiries related to the property disposals.
